Building smart accounts just got simpler
The SDK to easily integrate any signer into your application
Today, we’re thrilled to add the new aa-signers
SDK to Account Kit.
Account Kit is a vertically integrated stack for building apps that support ERC-4337.
Signers are a key piece of the stack, enabling you to secure your accounts with measures like email, social login, passkeys, or a self-custodial wallet.
Until today, if you utilized Account Kit, it was up to you to specify how you wanted to implement signers within your application.
This required parsing documentation that could be confusing and cumbersome.
Now, with the launch of the aa-signers
SDK, we’ve defined an interface for what each signer can do.
This creates a flexible, modular experience, making it easier to integrate any signer according to a standard interface.
Better yet? The aa-signers
SDK is entirely open-sourced, making it simple for new signers to add reference implementations and integrate with Account Kit.

The aa-signers SDK
The aa-signers
SDK enables a simplified developer experience.
To integrate a signer, the information you need is available directly in the aa-sdk
codebase.
In turn, the aa-signers
SDK allows developers to contribute implementations of signers that are Account Kit-compatible.
This means that when utilizing Account Kit, you’ll access:
🔶 Signer implementations that are first-class modules within your codebase
🔶 A flexible + modular interface that supports any signer, out of the box
🔶 Open-source implementation, with some of your favorite signers already built-in, including Turnkey, Magic, Web3Auth, Portal, Capsule, Fireblocks and Particle Network.
